Need to Return a product?
To return a product at
Twistavants,
you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be
done by contacting our service department

orders@twistavants.com,
or by telephone.
NO returns of any type will
be accepted without an RMA.

accepts returns on wholesalers from select
manufacturers within

days. However,
Twistavants
reserves the right to authorize
product returns beyond 20 days from the
invoice date. IF the product is accepted
after 20 days, credit will be issued toward
one of the following:
